• While I like the idea of not being able to get PK'd, it is still part of the game.
  
  If you don't want to risk losing honor it is still possible to train on regular maps, this mostly goes for those below 5th promotion though. Most of 5th Promotion are forced to train on PK maps such as Ice Palace or Southern Forest because exp is too low and slow on regular maps.
  
  Your idea could be worked out, by making a separate non PK server. But this would also mean you would lose the bonus that is given for training on a PK map. Or maybe even a decrease.

  As for having Order train with Chaos in the same party. In the Scions of Fate story these 2 factions are sworn enemies, it would be against the story to actually do that.
  
  I think it would be fun though, maybe as a temporary event. Partying with the opposite faction. For several weeks/months.

• In asia are non pk channels on all the servers
  one special pk channel
  and one special worker channel with double pionts if you buy premium item
