I JUST finished my 3rd promo quest and i decided to log out to take a break. I logged back in and i saw my character went back in time and i wasnt even lvl 60. Can u please fix this problem?

Someone else is also having this problem?? I just submitted a 1:1 about this. This just happened to me for a 3rd time. It is really starting to **** me off. I log out and when i go to log back in it "rolled back" to a previous state. Where I last logged out. Just now I lost a full level, items, and quests that I completed. Why buy anything using ncash, or even play this game if this is going to keep happening? As for me, I'm done untill I get some kind of assistance from a GM. Eagerly awaiting assistance...
