• Hello Sof Players,
  
  Lately, we have been getting many complaints from players on hacking, scamming and harassment. We would like to inform players that we are doing the best within our powers to prevent such kind of issue. Also, we need the community’s support and co-operation to prevent and overcome such situation. Let’s make a stop point for all these with all your support.
  
  Regarding hacking and scamming issue, we request the players not to share accounts as this is against the policy of the company. Also, most of the hack case that we receive is because of account sharing. So, we once again request the players not to share account with any person. (not even to a blood relative). Regarding scamming issue players are to be very careful during the big trade or during STC. Players can also request the help of Gm’s or any in-game players who have gained both the buyer’s and the seller’s trust.
  
  We have made a note of few things which could not be done in-game, players are requested to read it and play the game according to the rule. If these things are followed we assure that we can all together make a better community and safe game to enjoy.
  
  In-game abusers: Players using uncouth and filthy language in the main chat page or using the megaphone. Even players private messaging users with abusive language can be considered under this penalty.
  
  Penalty: players would be warned as a first time abuse with 30mins chat ban.
  
  1st time: If the player repeats the same in spite of GM’s basic warning then his/her account will be banned for 3 days.
  
  2nd time: Inform the player that, his/her account will be banned for 10 days.
  
  3rd time: Inform the player that, his/her account will be banned permanent.
  
  In-game spammers: Players who spam the chat page with repetitive content or flood the chat page with irrelevant languages / content. Using auto chat to whisper players repeatedly or spam normal chat window.
  
  Penalty: directly spot the player in game and given a warning with 2hrs of chat ban. If player continues even after warning.
  
  1st time: Chat ban for 3 days. Inform the player that, his/her account is getting chat banned.
  
  2nd time: Chat ban for 10 days. Inform the player that, his/her account is getting chat banned.
  
  3rd time: Inform the player that, his/her account will be blocked temporarily. (Final decision will be GM’s)
  
  Harassing Players In-game: - Players, who abuse, Harass, threaten or embarrass as well as causing Distress or unwanted attention to other players in-game. In addition, any means of personal attacks such as those based on races, national origins, ethnicities, religions, genders, lifestyle choices, disablements or other such affiliations.
  
  Penalty: Player would be warned as a first time not to do so with 1 day Temp ban.
  
  1st time: If the player repeats the same in spite of GM’s basic warning then his/her account will be banned for 3 days.
  
  2nd time: Inform the player that, his/her account is getting banned for 10 days.
  
  3rd time: Inform the player that, his/her account is getting permanent ban.
  
  Scamming Issue:- Players trying to cheat players in to buying/selling game items, account and characters for real cash or through Trades. Players pretending act like the GM and enquiring players about their account details.
  
  Penalty: Inform the player that, his/her account is getting permanent ban.
  
  Real cash item trade: Trade or exchange item in the game to cash or actual goods in real life.
  
  Penalty: Inform the player that, his/her account will be permanently banned.
  
  Real cash account trade: Trade of exchange game account and character in an account to cash or actual goods in real life.
  
  Penalty: Inform the player that, his/her account is getting permanent ban.
  
  All major notifications:
  
  1. Penalties might change according to the circumstance and the scenario.
  2. Players lost the item/account might not get a full restoration and it might depend on the situation of the scenario and on the GM`s decisions.
  3. Any player providing false statement, false claim or hiding any facts related to his/her issue will result in permanent ban without prior notice and if his/her account released in future we will not assist the account with any item/account related issue after the date of unblocking.
  4. Account sharing is strictly prohibited; any such account face any item/account issues will not be assisted.

• In case of harrassing players in game , how can he/she gets warned from GMs ? by reporting of victims or by watching with gms' eyes ?

  Same here. Never scammed, never will, never need, never need to go low life.

• Ok, now i don't want to be racist but....some players in the game can't even speak english, what can you say about understanding it? So they won't understand these rules.

  This is an English server, it is their responsibility to understand the rules regardless of what language they speak/understand.
  
  There are no excuses...these are the rules and they must be followed. If they care about about following the rules, it is up to them to translate this information so they can continue playing without any issues.

  

  I will return when Scions Of Fate deserves loyal, honest and trustworthy players again.

  Most likely taken just as seriously as in game. Maybe even more.
  
  For this instance however i hope they punish the individual who brought the thread "off-topic" and not the creator of the thread, unless the creator designed their thread to harass, threaten...etc.
