  well first.. no one said the first 2 lines of stuff are 100... >.< its never 100 for enchanting... u might be talking about enhancing.. even though the ingame msg says that the first 2 enhancement lvls are 100 they are not.. close.. but not 100...i broke my stuff at [2].. i know
  
  a lvl 20-30 item sold for 3mil could be simply overpriced by someone who doesnt know much about the market, or, it is really really good. like with def 5-6 gems and enhanced to a high lvl and/or has essence. all those factors can bump up the price.
  
  now lastly... making a female char and go ask for a master is the best bet??...>.< jeez wow..talk about being sexist and really judgemental x.x

  And I trust the Marketplace NPCs more than Chan. I can do an FSB with AD
  10 x4 gems in just 5 AD 10 gems while with Chan it takes me over 40.
