• "I just installed the game but when I try and run it a blank window appears with an OK button. I click the button and the game closes!"
  
  If you are having this issue, it means you downloaded an outdated version of the client. You will have to redownload the game from OnRPG.com or MMOSite.com. Make sure you uninstall the outdated client first, and even after that, go into your SoF director and manually delete the folder. Then you can reinstall and should have no problems ^^
  
  Also, make sure you have the Netgame Launcher addon for your browser. The game cannot start without it! Some browsers will automatically let you know it needs to be downloaded and do it for you, but if yours doesnt, there is a NETGAME LAUNCHER DOWNLOAD button the side panel

• i did download it the other day from ONRpg and i did what you said and its still doing the blank window with the Unexpected error has occurred window comes up and i click ok and it closes............... i would LIKE to play this x-x i never even got to play once yet x-x

• You have to uninstall the previous version before reinstalling.

• ok so i downloaded the game from onrpg site. i installed it and everything then i started the game. i made a character and then i tried to actually play it. it took a while for it to load up. once i saw my character pop on the screen my computer makes a weird noise and a blue screen pops up. then i am forced to turn off my computer and start over. i tried it again and the same thing happened idk i need help. i have no idea wut to do.

  is that happening with all games or only this 1? try reinstalling windows or chk RAM

• guess no GM-s are on
  like someone asked before: when will download be updated?
  We cant login because we get blank screen with ok button, and
  the thing GM proposed aint working...
  i have downloaded game from every location and every version,
  tried every solution, nothing works.
  so i guess, new update was released, but sites for download arent
  r.e.g.i.s.t.e.r.e.d. Im sorry 4 spoiler, but i posted question a while ago and it seems noone cares because noone answers our prayers
  hopefully someone will soon. we just want to play the game
