• GM I just bought ncash yesterday from the premiumshop ingame.
  Everything semms to be fine, but today when I try to recharge
  again I get a black screen with OTP error or something.
  What is that and can you fix this?
  
  Another problem is why cant I see my ncash at the prem shop ingame
  , but I can see them on netgame website and fate.netgame.com.
  
  And since i cant see them ingame, I cant spend them on items
  I need.
  
  Tyvm for reading hoppe you can help me fix these problems.
  
  Appreciate any answer from whoever^^,.

  errors on our side.
  Your Ncash was also displayed in-game inside the premium shop
  as well as under My Account on our website.
  You may have experienced a temporary maintenance issue at
  the time but everything should be working smoothly right now.
  If you are still experiencing this, please send us a 1:1 Inquiry
  with a Screen Shot of the Error message that appears and

• Right now i have 20,5k ncash showed on the website of
  netgame and fate.netgame.com, But when i enter the prem
  shop in game It only shows that I have 10k ncash from my first
  ncash recharge that was for a few weeks ago. The 20k that I
  have its newly purchased from yesterday. The 500 is leftovers
  from the 10k I used. I cant access the recharge site in the games
  premium shop. So I recharged ncash from op7 instead.
  This shouldnt have any meaning of where im recharging from
  right?
  The error that shows up in the black screen when I try to enter
  the recharge site in prem shop only says OTPerror with yellow
  colored text. I havent tried to unistall the re-install the game
  since i cant seem to find any client setup that I can download.
  The one from the download section on website doesnt work.
  The screenshots are still the same as the one i send you
  in the inquiry i send earlier. Title of that inquiry:

• I have further sent you an inquiry, but just for those who
  are experiencing the same problem please read ahead.
  
  If a message is displayed with OTP Error in-game, please
  go into your Internet Explorer browser, TOOLS, and to Delete
  Browsing History. Once you are there, you will see a tab titled,
  Delete Cookies. Go ahead and delete this and restart your
  computer. The problem should then be eliminated.
  
  If problem persists even after this, please contact us via 1:1
  Inquiry and our GMs will further help you.

• GM can u post the new client of scions of fate i cant play because the download client is not responding help me pls can u post here a new version client

• Currently, the most up to date client is only available from MMOSite.com. The OnRPG.com link is incorrect. We are still working with the moderators of this site to get the correct file uploaded. Please let us know if you have any problems with MMOSite.com.
