Weapon and gear prices have gone quite crazy over the past period. This are very badly priced.

Some suggestions for fixing this could be.
- 5th promo gear. Give these a decent gold price at NPC.
-+ Gears should give gold double or 50% that of the 9x gear more.
- Gold received for NPCing a 5th promo weapon should be raised.
-+ 11th higher then an 10th
-+ 12th and 13th with a small increase above each other.

- Evil Spirit Weapons. Restrict these to 1st promotion only. This will make people make more 2nd promo weapons again, thus increasing the prices of certain gems (SA,AD,ED) a bit more.

What else could we do? Discuss

well about 5th promo gears needed to be done long time ago, even if gona be normal price ppl will know that 5th promo guys will have more money so the prices will stay or will get even higher.
all what you added here will help only high lvl ppl and what about 2-3 promo guys that dont have money?? thats why they using event weapons

i agree minus the event weapons thing... cause after lvl 35 you cant earn them meaning you have to buy them from ppl who can. so that helps the low lvls get money.

The 100 robes barely drop and i seem to get more 90 robes.
A tip for 11s and 12s, if you have weapon crafting or know a friend with it, dismantle the wep to get the adamant iron and npc it. With GSC you can get from 1.2m-1.3m npcing the iron. Better than 180k lmao.

Yea the evil spirit weps really ruined the market for o/c4s. I agree they should be restricted to only first promo use. If 2nd promos use them because they have no money how did 2nd promo people before them who didnt have the privilege of using evil spirit weps survive? It shouldnt be that hard to **** a wep out with at least sa 23s. With the help of the jacks from the recent Halloween event i had one student who was able to hustle enough plants and roms to afford his own 2nd promo wep.

I really have no idea what could help the economy haha?
Maybe a bigger population? Increase the gold gained from mobs?
Reduce the price of npc pots? Stop being so lazy? It seems like now no 1 grinds anymore and characters are just being recycled with STCs.

Honestly the only thing to do now is either advertise Scions of Fate more or wait for Scions of Fate 2 to come out so that more people will start to play and hopefully revive the economy. the economy is screwed because of the low population, most of the population now consists of people who have higher level characters and are just making more low level characters. as for Yamis suggestions all are good and the 5th promo/ level 100 equips should Npc for more, because it is unfair to the higher levels that are getting almost no gold from the drops they are receiving. For the low leveled people let them fend for themselves like the people did before the evil spirit weapons. this will do exactly what Yami said and make people buy new weapons and **** them out making sapphire gems go up in price.

ye i got 1 idea to stabalize the whole game..burn it to the ground and rebuild it.
this game is build on quicksand and it sinks further and further and right on this moment its as far as its chin in it..we have thrown a rope at it and were pulling like hell to get it out..
because were using all our strength to get it out, theres somuch force released on this rope that it starts to break..but instead off throwing a new stronger better rope we are strengthening(stabalizing) the old 1 so it lasts for a little longer..believe me..once it will snap

SOF2 is a completely separate game from SOF and the economy for SOF2 will have no bearing whatsoever on SOFs economy. So waiting for a new game that is managed by the same company and more than likely use the same programmers doesnt mean that anything will change.

The problem of just selling robes and weapons among ourself fails. The prices are way to low and don`t make up for the costs we make.

NONSENSE. The point is people all want as much power as possible and are greedy making it. We managed before fine with SA17%x4 weapons and now you complain that making good weapons is hard? Oh c`mon, SA costs nothing and there are enough ways to make money for Noobs.

Let them learn the hardships of this game just as we have. It will increase their overall game experience and how to manage them self, instead of taking the easy way and paying 150k for a 130% weapon. Ridiculous. They shouldn`t even be used for 1st promo if you ask me, but so be it. At least it should be restricted to 1st promotion only.

They could decrease the drop rate as they increase the gold rate for gears and weapons for 5th promo`s.

Even though 5ths might have more money (which isn`t even the case for all of us) they also spend more. Don`t think that pimping our gears and weapons is cheap. And on top of that we mostly lose money while we grind instead of gaining it. Can`t even afford Elite Pots because Gold/Drop rate is way to low.

The talk about the 5th promo gear/weapons have been talked about for over a year now. Face the facts, its not gonna change.

As for the evil weapons, they are a great idea. It sure makes it easier on the new incoming players. Not everyone can afford to craft weapons and gears. The evil weapons allow players to save up money to craft gears at a later time.

The best thing to do to stabilize the economy is to increase the drop rate of robes. They wont raise the amount of gold being dropped.

absolutely not!! if you increase Robe drop rate. ppl will have more money prices will jump up!
the most big reason to the prices its ppl that buy gold, as long they in game, they will buy all stuff possible and no matter thats the price
