Me and a friend of mine share my account. Well, more like he plays one character. And he told me he was all chaos and stuff, and he was happy and everything so we loaded up his character. No chaos. He was still busy collecting the tigers quest items for the second promotion test.
His data just got erased.
Could a GM please look into this?
His character is called unkn0wnx. -

His data just got erased.

If the character was deleted during rollback, send in a 1:1 Customer Inquiry.
If the quest was deleted, just send in an inquiry and ask them to reset the quest.
Also, sharing accounts is violating Mgame USA`s Terms of Service Policies and they may ban your account.
It`s not what you look at that matters, it`s what you see.

Why?
If it really is a big problem Ill delete his character.
Sharing accounts basically means "Hack me! Hack me! My accounts unsafe, so hack me!", which is why the GMs may temporarily ban your account.
Some people still break the rules, but it will be their consequence if they get hacked or scammed.
PS [It won`t even be considered hacking since the person who "hacked" that person knows the account.]
Some will even deny that they shared accounts even when the GM can trace their logs. (ie. Person 1 is from: Pennsylvania, and its friend is from, Spain... the IPs that are logged into the account will be easily shown that they are sharing accounts since it results different IPs.)* (ie. If two people share accounts on the same computer, it may be hard to detect, but if that`s the person who only knows the other account, they will check your log, see if there are any other logs, and they will know who hacked them).*
* The examples were written a little sloppy, but hopefully it`ll give you an understanding.
