During PK daily in Hill Valley and Riverside Plains, not kill anyone more than once unless they have the honor or who are attacking the house. 3. - House lvl 5, we are a paceful house, random pk is not allowed, we got alliances with most of order houses, if any member get pk we will not esitate to pk back. No lvl to join required, you can speak (even if not good) english,spanish,italian,french but just make sure others understand you. Feel free to whisper/pidgeon me or any Vice/Elder to join
