| Article 1 [Objective] |
| This User Agreement is an agreement between individual users (hereinafter the referred to as the "User") and MGame USA Inc.(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") for the use of "nCash'" while playing Online game service (hereinafter referred to as the "service") provided by "Company." |
| Article 2 [Validity and Modification of Agreement] |
| 1. |
The terms of this agreement are susceptible to change by posting of notification in the website or sending an e-mail to the User. |
| 2. |
Provided that the Company has reasonable grounds, the Company has the right to change all or portion of the terms of this agreement. |
| 3. |
The User is deemed to have agreed to this User Agreement by visiting the game website (www.netgame.com) and checking the updates regularly. The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss to the User caused by not checking the notifications. |
| 4. |
Although the User has a right to decline to agree with a revised agreement, in the event that the User does not agree to the revised agreement they may have their usage suspended or terminated. However, if the User does not send a "I do not agree" declaration of intent within 7 days of the effective start of the revised User agreement, it will be deemed that the User has agreed to the revised User agreement. |

| Article 3 [Terms and Definitions] |
| 1. |
'nCash' is for the purpose of using paid services of Item Shop through Company website (www.netgame.com) and game clients. 'nCash' is a virtual currency provided by the Company for Netgame.com members to use paid services of Netgame.com. |
| 2. |
Purchase of 'nCash' by credit cards, Paypal and click&buy will be deposited in User's Netgame account. |
| 3. |
'Item Shop' ( www.netgame.com ) is a paid service for selling game items. |
| 4. |
'Gift Point' is an Online gift card which can only be used on Netgame.com.
Gift Point is transferable between users. User can refill Gift Point by using nCash. |
| 5. |
'Free Cash' is 'Gift Cash' provided by the Company free of charge. |

| Article 4 [Application Method] |
| 1. |
All users (for using nCash) must provide correct and complete information in all required fields in the application form. |
| 2. |
'User' must fill the correct information and "Company" regards the information as true. |
|
| Article 5 [The protection of personal information] |
| 1. |
The Company shall use the personal information of its members only for the purpose of providing the services described in this User Agreement, and shall not provide the personal information to a third party without the User's consent. Except, the personal information may be disclosed in the following cases: |

When there is a request from a law enforcement agency for the purpose of criminal investigations in accordance with relevant laws. |
| (2) |
When there is a request from a government agency in accordance with the procedures prescribed by relevant laws. |

| 2. |
Other matters related to the protection of personal information shall be in accordance with the Company's 'Policy on the Protection of Personal Information'. |

| Article 6 [nCash User's Guide] |
| 1. |
nCash can only be charged by Netgame.com members. |
| 2. |
On the Netgame homepage (www.netgame.com) during the process of payment for nCash charging, one must read the User's Guide and other help-related notices before payment can be made. The Company does not take any responsibility for damages to those who neglect to check the User's Guide and other help-based documents. |
| 3. |
Because the Payment Options; from type to method of usage are subject to change, notification of all changes will be communicated through the Netgame homepage. |
| 4. |
Dependent on the service situation for some payment options and dependent on our partner payment option companies' situations, service may be momentarily suspended. |
| 5. |
nCash can only be used to purchase items in the Item Mall in the Netgame homepage and Netgame.com Online game clients. |

| Article 7 [nCash Refil] |
| 1. |
A Netgame.com account is required to refill nCash. |
| 2. |
nCash can be refilled by credit card and Paypal. |
| 3. |
Users paying are considered to have agreed to the terms of service (or agreement) of each clearing corporation. |
| 4. |
1 USD is equivalent to 1000 nCash. |
