The Game won't install. |

You can automatically setup the game by clicking on the Game Start button in the website without downloading the game.
This case only applies to those who use the windows internet explorer.
If automatic setup does not work properly, you can also manually download the setup file from the homepage>support>download>scions of fate download.
If your download speed is slow, or if you get disconnected often, you can click on the download manager at the bottom of the screen to resume the download. |

I get Ddraw.dll error message. |

Ddraw.dll error occurs when you cancel the DirectX setup while it is installing.
This problem can be resolved by re-installing the DirectX.
If problem persists, you will need to re-install the Windows OS. |

I don't know who to re-install Scions of Fate. |

Window Start button->Programs->Scions of Fate(YB_ONLINE)->Delete Scions of Fate and delete the YB_online folder from the C:\program files.
When you finish deleting the files, you can visit the homepage again to download the client files to re-install the Scions of Fate. |

I can't delete the game. |

Usually, you can delete the game by going to Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->Scions of Fate(remove)
However, if there is an error with the program, this function may not work properly.
Such case is due to the error in the registry, so please follow the following procedure.
1. Click on the 'Start' button and click on 'run'.
2. Type 'regedit' and press enter.
3. You will see list of commands and folders. Here, click "Ctrl+F".
4. Search for KRG
5. Delete all the found registry
However, you must be cautious when you deal with the registry files. If you delete anything else other than what is told, it may cause critical error on your computer. Please be careful. |

I get the Page Cannot be Found message. |
|
|
Even if your game has been installed properly, it can give the error message due to sudden traffic error.
In this situation, delete the Scions of Fate off of your computer.
Also, go to Tools->internet options menu to delete the cookies and temporary internet files.
Then, try installing the game again.
You should also check the [firewall and DSL modem compatibility to manual FTP use] in the internet explorer tools->internet option->advanced menu. |

I installed it, but when I reboot my computer, it tells me to install it again. |

Check to see if you have HDD guardian program. If you are trying to install the game while using the public computers, due to computer resetting programs, the game may get deleted every time you reboot the computer.
These backup programs are often used in schools and internet cafes.
In such case, you must split your HDD using the partition program.
When you use the partition, D drive will not reset itself from reboot.
If it is not due to resetting program please follow the following procedure. Uninstall the Scions of Fate off of the computer that you are using.
After you finish uninstalling the game, go to c:program files\YB_Online and delete the YB_online folder. Then, go to the Start->Run->type regedit->and search for KRGSoft by using the Ctrl+F. Delete the folder, then try reinstalling the game.
You must use the method above instead of using the add/remove programs from the control panel. |

I get the Miles Sound setting error. |

Miles Sound setting error occurs if you do not have the sound card or if it has not been set correctly.
You cannot login to the game if do not have a sound card installed into your computer.
You should first check to see if you do have sound card plugged into your computer. |

Can I install the game in other Drive? |
|
|
The Scions of Fate can be installed to any driver that you choose, but some computers may not be compatible for autoupdates if it is installed in the drivers other than C drive.
In such case, you must re-install the game in a drive which is stable for the autoupdates to make its patch.
