It says I am not allowed to get into the game.
The message will appear if you character has been blocked by the management.
Also, if you you have been warned by the management for foul behavior, or have submitted an hacking issue, you won't be able to join the game.

If you get the same message while not being able to connect to the main screen, please refer to the customer service for help.
I get a message saying 'File Size Error' and it won't let me log into the game.
If you are updating the game, or the program is autopatching the files, you must have at least 1GB HDD of free space for patches.

Check your available space within your computer. If you do not have any space, make so that you do. You can save some space by going to the tools option in the interenet explore -> option to delete the cookies and temporary files.
I get the messeage where it says 'Connection has ended'.
There are two cases where the program will give out 'Connection has ended'.

1. When the account has been logged on from the multiple locations.
2. Where the character has disconnected without taking the proper steps.
    In this case, the character information still remains in the server.

If your case is same as the first case, please go change your account information.
Account information(Passwords and Questions/Answers) should be changed, and check to make sure that they have been changed.

If your case is same as the second case, try relogging in and out. If the problem remains, please contact the 1:1 Customer service.
Can I improve the game quality?
1) You should first set your computer spec to the prefered computer spec level.
2) Try not to run multiple programs at once.
3) Either turn off all the options within the game or set them to low.

[Also, Display information->settings->advanced->video cards tab and set it to high quality.] If you set the settings to the above, then you can play the game in much stable settings.
I can't connect to the game. It says 'server is full'.
If it says 'full' on top of the server name, that mean all the channels have reached its maximum capacity.
In such case, give sometime between relogging into the game.
I was able to select a server, but I the character selection page doesn't show up.
Server can be lagging at the times when vast amount of users log in all at once.
Log out and wait a little bit before relogging into the game.
I get ID/Password error messages when I click on the game start button.
ID/Password errors are only temporary errors.
Delete all the cookies and temporary internet files from the windows internet explorer [tools->internet option]
Give yourself a little time gap between retrying.
