    - Soul Pet Winged Cow(event) is unable to trade/drop/personal shop.
    - Soul Pet Winged Cow(event) will be removed on April 26th, 2023.

4. Version-up Update

     Scions of Fate version will be updated after the maintenance.
     This V-up will include the following :

     a) Bow class hair issue
        - The issue of abnormal appearance in the default head(hair) part of some Bow characters in certain classes has been fixed.

     [Improval]
     
     a) Bow class Ability
         [Radiating energy Tiger Straight Smash] Proc Rate 0.5% > 1.25% per 1 A.P

     b) Blade class Ability
         [Hidden Aftermath] Proc Rate 0.5% > 1.0% per 1 A.P
         *The above part applies to Hanbia's Ability in the same way.
         [Intense F.Dragon] Proc Rate 0.5% > 0.8% per 1 A.P
         [Fire of F.Dragon] Damage 0.5% > 0.7% per 1 A.P
