Penalty on Use of Third-Party / Macro Program

We regret to inform you about an unfortunate matter that has come to our attention.
Recently, we have received reports regarding the abuse of illegal program and macro program in our game.
At Netgame, we have a strict policy against using third-party programs, as it undermines the integrity of the game and the fairness of the environment.
Specifically, some players have been found to use macro programs in E.M Defense War, which is a clear violation and exploitation.
After thorough discussion and consideration, our team has decided to impose a permanent ban on these individuals. It is important to note that this is a disciplinary measure intended to address the issue and serve as a reminder of our commitment to maintaining a clean and fair gaming environment.
We would like to remind all members of our community that the use of third-party programs, macro programs, cheat programs, or any other issues within the game is strictly prohibited. Instead, we encourage you to promptly report any such problems via ticket.
27. User in-game activities.
i) Cheating: You are responsible for how you and your account are represented in the game. Cheating in any way will result in immediate action. Using third-party programs to automate any aspect of the game, exploiting bugs, or engaging in any activity that grants an unfair advantage is considered cheating. Exploiting other players is an equally serious offense. Scamming, account sharing, and anything else that may degrade the gaming experience for other players will receive appropriate penalties.
We remain dedicated to upholding the principles of fair play and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all our players. Therefore, we will continue to take strong action against any future instances.
